Why does skunk sound like bull to you?

As the post and linked articles say, it is too dangerous to be legal, even if regulated. Kinda like heroin or LSD.

I’m sorry, but I do not understand the reasoning. It’s allegedly dangerous, now MORE than ever, and they’re saying “no don’t regulate it. KEEP it in the unscrupulous black market.”

If anything this new “skunk” weed, which I have to say sounds like a load of bull, should solidify them in their stance that we need to regulate potentially harmful and widespread drugs! Say Cannabis was regulated, then we could encourage the production of whatever it was the hippies smoked in the 60s.
